North Texas Barn Cats is a non-profit community service organization dedicated to providing safe, working homes for feral and un-adoptable cats.

Our cats are placed in barns, warehouses, rural properties, and outdoor residential settings where they help with natural rodent control while living protected, cared-for lives.

Protecting the Cats from the Elements:

We make and sell feral cat shelter from a Styrofoam cooler.
We build a warm, waterproof cat shelter using a Styrofoam cooler.
A Cut a 6-inch entrance hole is a few inches above the ground and add a 4" PVC sewer pipe into the whole to avoid snow and water running into the shelter.
We cut another 6-inch on one of the sides to allow for escape if the need arises and add a 4" PVC sewer pipe into the whole.
We fill the shelter with straw only for bedding.
We seal the exterior with plastic for waterproofing.

We also build this cat tree house upon request.
Cats like to up off the ground as they can see the area around them.
We do not recomend any feeding statations or water bolws in this ares,
as it will draw unwanted guest to the cats house.

All sales go back to the North Texas Barn Cats organization for food, shots and other purposes.
